As part of Crayfest 2022, Hapuku Kitchen are hosting two evenings in their Supper Club series. Join Fiona & Chris for a dinner celebrating our treasured koura (salt-water crayfish/spiny rock lobster) paired with foraged and sustainably farmed produce from the wild environment of Kaikōura.
The Supper Club at Hapuku Kitchen offers a unique dining experience in the home of Executive Chef, Fiona Read, inspired by their natural surroundings. Their three-course, set menus are a celebration of the season and everything our region has to offer.
Their dining table seats twelve guests and while you're savouring the flavours of Kaikōura, you'll hear stories about how they grow their food, how they forage from the mountains to the sea and the people behind locally sourced ingredients.
